Context
SC Braga runs the SC Braga Innovation Hub to test sports technology with the club. FootAR joined the 2023/24 cohort.
Challenge
Give fans a new way to follow Braga's matches, in the stands and at home, without installing an app.
Solution
A virtual stadium in the browser with the live match in 3D, opened from a link or a QR code, announced for Braga's matches from January 2024.
Outcome
Pilot announced by TEK SAPO in December 2023 for matches from January 2024.
